Our Delivery Policy
We want to make your online shopping experience as quick and safe as possible. Accordingly all items are sent using Australia Post with Tracking and a signature will be required on receipt.
Postal charges are calculated using the Australia Post API according to your postcode. These charges will be displayed in the Checkout process once you have entered your address.
Delivery Time Frames
Orders and deliveries are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Deliveries are made between 8:00am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Gold Coast deliveries, which are made between 8am and 6pm. We currently do not have a weekend delivery service.
During the wet season, deliveries to Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In this event, deliveries may take longer than our usual time frame.
Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details or via your supplied email address. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
Authority to Leave
We do not advise the use of Authority to Leave. We require a signature for all orders.
However, in rare circumstances, at our discretion, we may agree to your request for an Authority To Leave notice to be placed on your package.
Please note in this case Coffee Machine Parts cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged deliveries after they have been dropped off.
