REFUNDS

 

Coffee Machine Parts, ABN 57 191 397 724, allow 10 days for the return of purchased goods if they are faulty from the time we receive your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We ask, if possible, that goods be returned within seven days of receipt with the original invoice. After seven days, goods received back at Coffee Machine Parts may be denied a refund. Any damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within seven days of receipt. We use tracking on all orders, so any lost articles should be reported to Coffee Machine Parts as soon as you become aware of a problem.

A 10% restocking fee is applicable, except where we have made a mistake by sending the wrong item.  Credit card charges as incurred will also be deducted from the refund.

WARRANTY.

 

Coffee machines and grinder purchases carry a 12 months back-to-base warranty. In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for further instructions. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product to us.

We ask, if possible, that all goods be returned in original packaging, and good care is to be taken when packaging to ensure no damage occurs in transit. Coffee Machine Parts reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.


All spare parts are warranted for 3 months against manufacturing defect.

The following are not covered by warranty (however they are tested prior to dispatch):

- A. Elements
- B. Control boards
- C. Electrical items.

This warranty shall not apply to wear and tear or damage incurred during transport. At the time of return, pack equipment carefully against shock, insure parcel, enclosed original invoice and describe defects. We recommend that you use a Tracking service for the return of any item. This warranty excludes any liabilities which are not expressed above, such as forwarding expenses or travel.

In addition to manufacturers’ guarantees on selected products, Coffee Machine Parts provide a guarantee of acceptable quality on every product, according to Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. .
